Subinfra (JV) (“Subinfra”, “we”, “us”) operates work.subinfra.com, a portal for tenders, JV opportunities, subcontract listings, and paywalled new-project information for India's infrastructure sector.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Account information: name, email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile name/photo.
• Business details you provide: company name, GST number, WhatsApp/mobile number, and any other details submitted when registering, applying to a tender, or requesting contact details.
• Wallet & payment data: your wallet balance and transaction history (top-ups and unlock debits). Card/UPI/bank details are handled entirely by our payment processor, Razorpay — we never see or store your payment instrument details.
• Usage data: pages viewed, tenders/projects unlocked, search filters used, and similar activity needed to operate and improve the service.
• Demo page submissions: if you use our public demo, any name/WhatsApp/company you submit there.
• Cookies & local storage: used to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

• To create and maintain your account and wallet.
• To process wallet top-ups and paywall unlocks.
• To verify GST/company details where you submit them for a tender application.
• To notify you (by email) about new projects matching the state/category you've previously shown interest in, and to respond to support requests.
• To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep the platform secure.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Razorpay — payment processing for wallet top-ups.
• Resend — transactional emails (e.g. new-project notifications).
• Surepass — GST number verification, when you submit a GST number for validation.
• Vercel — application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information. Contact details you unlock on a project (belonging to a third party contractor/agency) are for business outreach only — see our Terms of Service for acceptable use.

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see “Contact us” below).

• You can update your profile details from your account settings at any time.
• You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data, subject to legal retention needs.
• You can unsubscribe from new-project email notifications by contacting support.

This service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
