By accessing or using work.subinfra.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Subinfra is a business-to-business portal for infrastructure-sector opportunities: government/private tenders, joint-venture (JV) requests, subcontract listings, and a paywalled catalog of newly awarded project information (contractor/agency name and contact details).

This Service is intended strictly for business purposes — sourcing subcontract work, JV partners, or business contacts. It is not a job board. Job seekers should use a dedicated platform such as www.jobsshala.com.

• You may sign in with Google or with an email and password.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Information you provide (company name, GST, WhatsApp number) must be accurate and kept up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the Service.

• Certain project details (e.g. contractor/agency name, contact details) are unlocked using wallet balance, at the price shown on the page at the time of unlock.
• Wallet top-ups are processed via Razorpay. You authorize us to charge the amount you select at checkout.
• Once a paywalled field is unlocked for your account, it stays unlocked — you won't be charged again for the same field on the same project.
• Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support (see below) and we will review it.

Tender and project information on the Service is aggregated from public sources and third-party submissions. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any listing, and we are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on it. Always verify critical details (dates, values, eligibility) independently before acting.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Use unlocked contact details for spam, unsolicited job offers, or any purpose other than genuine business outreach.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to paywalled content.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.

The Service, its design, and its compiled listings are owned by Subinfra. You may use the Service for your own business purposes but may not copy, resell, or redistribute its content in bulk.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subinfra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on tender/project data or outcomes of business contact made through it.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
